Our Story
Grace Church of Concord, North Carolina, is a welcoming community of people who love Jesus, trust the inspiration and authority of the Bible, and seek to share God’s truth and grace with everyone. We strive to be warm, Spirit-led, and deeply rooted in our faith—loving God with all our hearts and showing His love to others in everything we do.
The Mission of Grace Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who worship passionately, love extravagantly and witness boldly. We’re excited to be a part of the Global Methodist Church, holding firmly to the timeless truths of Scripture and the rich traditions of the Christian faith. Our roots go back over 2,000 years, including the powerful Methodist movement of the 1700s, when God used John and Charles Wesley to bring renewal to both England and America. Grace Church began worship at the end of February, 2023 and chartered as a Global Methodist Church on April 28, 2023.

Connect
We believe the deepest and richest life possible begins with a connection to God through faith in His Son, Jesus. Connecting to Christ in a personal relationship opens the floodgates of God’s love and grace and fills our lives. Connecting with one another allows us to watch over one another in love and to encourage one another to grow to be more and more like Jesus. Connecting with our community opens the door for a witness to the world that Jesus Christ is Lord.
Grow
We believe people grow most effectively in community. We grow in our faith as we worship together, study God’s Word together and serve others together. The goal of growing in our faith is knowing Jesus more deeply and more completely. Out of deep love for Jesus, we move toward holiness of heart and life, seeking to honor Him and all we do and say.
Serve
We believe every follower of Jesus Christ is a missionary, joining God’s mission in the world to establish His Kingdom. We believe the Church exists for others, and not for ourselves. As long as we live we are called to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, care for the widows and orphans and make our community a better place.
